Yes. The watch comes with a digital clock by default. However, if you prefer an analog watch face, please let us know during the sales call, and we will make the adjustment before shipping.

Yes, the fall detection is set to the optimal sensitivity level when the watch is shipped to you. If you need to adjust the sensitivity to be more or less responsive, please contact our support center, and we can assist with the adjustment.
Can my family be alerted to an emergency?
Yes, your family can be alerted to an emergency triggered by your smartwatch. Our 24/7 dispatch will contact your family or neighbour to alert them of the emergency. We can also alert first-responders.
