We would rather you looked us up than took our word for it. Below are comments our members have posted publicly on Google and Facebook — screenshots, exactly as written — and a few longer conversations they have had with our team.

Louanne’s own Facebook post describing a sudden bout of vertigo, the fall that set off her Pulse Alert watch, and the paramedics and family who helped her. Todd Griffiths has replied underneath.

One member’s own words

She didn’t leave us a review. She told her friends.

A sudden bout of vertigo put Louanne on the floor. Her watch went off with the fall. Two paramedics came, a family doctor reacted quickly, and her daughter and granddaughter got her settled.

She wrote this afterwards on her own page, to her own friends. Todd Griffiths, who founded Pulse Alert, replied underneath it.

“Never take life for granted my friends it can change without notice.”
