The Life Safety Watch

Protection you’ll actually wear.

It looks like any watch you’d choose for yourself. Nobody looks twice — they just see a watch. Underneath: 24/7 professional monitoring, automatic fall detection, GPS locating, and a daily Wellness Companion that checks in every morning.

01Why devices end up in drawers

Where pendants end up

The best safety device in the world can’t protect you from a drawer.

Most medical alert systems don’t fail because the technology is bad. They fail because they’re not worn — wearing one every day can feel like admitting something you’re not ready to admit. So it ends up in a drawer.

The protection didn’t fail. The design did.

We started with a different question: what would someone actually keep on their wrist, every single day?

02The watch

Designed to disappear into your day.

Clean. Comfortable. Built to be worn from morning coffee to lights out. Shower included.

Familiar and comfortable, not a medical device — so it’s something you’ll actually want to wear every day.

Press and hold the SOS button to instantly reach a live, professionally trained operator who can speak with you and send help right away.

Speak directly through the watch. No phone needed. Clear, real-time communication when it matters most.

No apps, no setup. Built-in cellular works right out of the box.

Your location is used during an emergency to help responders reach you quickly — not to track your day.

Built-in step tracking and heart-rate insights help you stay in tune with your routine.

03The Wellness Companion

The reason it stays on your wrist.

Emergency-only protection covers one moment. Your Wellness Companion — built right into the watch — looks after all the others. A friendly daily presence that keeps your routine running smoothly, without watching over your shoulder.

04Everything else it does

Complete protection. Right from your wrist.

GPS locating + nationwide cellular

No phone required. The garden, the store, the grandkids two provinces away — the watch knows where you are and sends help to you, not just your home address.

Protection that travels with your life.

Automatic fall detection

If you can’t press the button, you don’t have to. The watch detects the fall and connects you to an operator — conscious or not.

The nightmare scenario, answered.

Water resistant — shower-safe

Many serious falls happen in the bathroom. The pendant comes off for the shower. The watch stays on.

The highest-risk minutes of your day, covered.
05The Everyday Wear Protocol™

Three steps. One principle: wearing it comes first.

Because without daily wear, nothing else matters.

1

Form factor first

It looks like a watch because it is one. No medical styling, no clinical markings. A clean, modern design that belongs on your wrist.

You wear it because you want to — not because you were told to.
2

Daily habit loop

Every day, the Wellness Companion gives you a reason to keep it on. Medication reminders. Morning check-ins. A daily rhythm that makes the watch part of your routine — not just part of your emergency plan.

Daily value means daily wear. Daily wear means daily protection.
3

Silent professional backup

24/7 professional monitoring. Automatic fall detection. GPS and nationwide cellular. Two-way voice with a live, professionally trained operator. Running quietly behind the scenes — invisible until the moment it matters.

Full protection that never asks you to think about it.
06The honest question

“Why not just call 911 from my phone, or my Apple Watch?”

Because in an emergency, speed to help matters most. Reaching help minutes sooner can be the difference between keeping your independence — and losing it.

A 911 call starts from zero. You explain where you are, what happened, what medications you take — all while you’re hurt, disoriented, and scared — to a dispatcher who doesn’t know anything about you. Every answer wastes precious time.

Press your button and it’s the opposite. The trained team answering already knows who you are — your location and medical details are on their screen before you say a word. They send help immediately, notify your family, and stay with you until it arrives.

The fastest help isn’t the call you make. It’s the one that’s already underway the moment you press the button.

07In their words

Worn every day. Noticed by no one.

I wear it every day. People just think it’s a regular watch.

She wouldn’t touch the pendant. This, she puts on every morning without anyone asking.

I didn’t want something that screamed “help me.” This just looks like a watch.

08Fair questions

The questions everyone asks. Answered plainly.

What happens if I fall?

The watch has automatic fall detection. If it detects a fall and you can’t respond, it connects you to an operator on its own. No fall detection is perfect, so press the SOS button yourself when you can — but if you can’t, the watch is already working for you.

What if I can’t speak or respond?

The monitoring team still acts on your situation and location data, dispatching help even when communication isn’t possible.

What happens when I press the button?

Within seconds a live, professionally trained operator answers through the watch, already holding your name, medical details, contacts, and GPS location. They stay on the line and coordinate help until someone is with you.

Do I need my phone with me?

No. The watch has its own nationwide cellular and GPS. It works on its own — home, garden, store, anywhere in Canada and the US.

How does GPS work? I don’t want to be tracked.

GPS is only activated when needed, such as during an emergency, to share your location with the monitoring team. It does not track your day.

Is it really just an Apple Watch?

No. An Apple Watch calls 911 and leaves the explaining to you. Pulse Alert connects you to a trained team that already knows your location and medical details — and sends help immediately.

Does the Wellness Companion replace emergency monitoring?

No. They work together: the Companion provides everyday support; the SOS system and monitoring team handle emergencies.

The company behind the watch.

Pulse Alert began with our founder, Todd Griffiths — whose grandfather suffered a stroke at home, alone, and lay on the floor for two days before anyone found him. Todd built Pulse Alert so what happened to his grandfather never happens to another family.

Today we’re Canadian and veteran-owned, protecting Canadians coast to coast for over 15 years — from a real front door at 150 Main St E in Hamilton, Ontario, with real people behind it. Look us up.
